Sadly, proper windows support is not yet available. Instead, we have a solution that requires you to have a USB thumb drive to boot into another operating system so you're able to run palera1n.
You will need a USB thumb drive with at least 32GB of storage.
Balena Etcher Rufus You can use tools like Balena Etcher or Rufus to flash the .ISO files to your USB drive.
If you choose to use Rufus, you must use DD Mode when flashing.

Certain downloads are for certain computers, make sure you get the right one for your computer. • x86_64 if you have a 64 bit computer • x86 if you have a 32 bit computer

Direct Download


Copy and paste the following line of code into the Terminal for direct installation.

sudo /bin/sh -c "$(curl -fsSL https://static.palera.in/scripts/install.sh)"

Downloading via our script will make sure you always download the latest version of palera1n is installed to your computer, if you're wary that you're outdated or are told to update you can re-run this script.

After installing the program to your computer, a new command will be available for you to run. That being "palera1n"

Use these download links if the script ever seems to not work for you. However, when downloading via browser on macOS you may need to do some extra steps before they can run without any issues.

xattr -c /path/to/palera1n
Gatekeeper may prevent you from running the binary if you have not ran the xattr command, by saying that it cannot check if its malicious or zsh randomly kills it due to it being quarantined.
